If you're a couch/armchair user like me then you're going to want to turn the RGB off on the mouse. With RGB on at the default light setting it drains the battery at 10% an hour on a mouse that claims it can do 100 hours between charges. If you aren't at a desk you aren't likely to have your charging base in reach making this quick drain impractical. Turning off RGB and it's more like 1% per hour which gives you your 100 hours.Also had an issue with plugging the wire into the base, it wasn't as easy as that, had to wiggle it around and really cram it in there much harder than seemed necessary. Once it was in and connected it wasn't going anywhere, but if you have any issues connecting give it some force.Finally, be sure to go on Razer and get the latest firmware, mine was pretty out of date. You might want to do this before you connect the base because it needs the wire plugged directly into the front of the mouse to work.It moves the cursor around the screen.I do like this mouse with 1 BIG exception. They made the gap on the mouse for the USB port so narrow you need to use the supplied cord. To add insult it seems this was done intentionally as there are two unnecessary "guide rails" for the USB plug molded into the unit. The pretentious nob who can up with this "brilliant" design "feature" should be slapped across the face with a raw wet fish which has been left in the sun for 10 days!Mouse + Tape feels good in your hands. I refuse to use Synapse and there are zero lighing options built into the mouse which means I'm stuck with this rainbow glow. Glide is decent but the mouse wheel is awful, the one on the Hyperspeed X is better. Serious buyers remorse on this one.this mouse is amazing. the battery life is phenomenal and it moves so smooth. not too heavy or lightweight - perfect for gamingsometimes i have issues putting it on the dock correctly (idk maybe i’m dumb?) but overall 9.5/10I'm not a PC gamer, I bought this mouse because it has the button configuration I want (my Logitech M705 is just too inconsistent and has low DPI). It's doing everything I want reliably. I have my computer on the other side of the room, so I needed something wireless, but I keep it plugged into the charger since I don't need the portability. When I was running it on battery, the battery life was around 4 days.This mouse was absolutely amazing. It had everything I needed and wanted. Except. All the setting you set, keybinds, light affects, etc, DONT WORK WITHOUT THE COMPUTER YOU SET THEM UP ON. I plugged it into my ps5 and it just reverts to the original settings no matter what. I contacted razed about this and there’s no way to fix it. It’s super annoying and technically still useable if you only want the default keybinds and dpi and everything. Great mouse. 10/10, but only for windowsHonestly everything is great about this mouse aside the only problem I really have but it’s necessary a big deal is the battery… I like the rgb lights to be brighter and ya know the brighter the lights the more power drawn soo… but honestly it looks nice even with lower brightness, you can make out colors easy and they don’t really dull down.
