I have three of these winches and they themselves are great. Until something fails or gets broken. Then when you email Speedmaster, you learn that they have 0 product support, and the answer is basically "Then buy another one"They don't offer selector levers, motor housings, solenoids, or even a remote. I have this 9500 and two 13000lb winches, and need more for my trailers and truck, but I will be looking into other companies that actually support their product.Initially I was very please when I received this product. The packaging was nice, it was easy to install and came with great features. However, within a few weeks the allen bolts holding the gear side on began to rust badly making the appearance of the winch shabby. When using the winch it was noticeably noisier than comparable winches operated by my friends. However, I was able to use the winch a couple of times when stuck and it did pull my Jeep Wrangler with no problem. I thought that I would remain happy with this purchase, but within a year the winch has quit working. The drum will not spin when engaged and sounds like there is metal grinding inside the case. I've tried to contact Speedmaster through their website and through facebook, but their website doesn't work and they tell you expect long delays when leaving a message on facebook. I also could not find any product support, nor replacement parts listed. I would not purchase this product due to the lack of support.Winch works great tons of power I broke the cable once before the winch gave up and it's a fairly impressive cable the corded remote only worked once not sure why and after about 2 months or so the cordless one glitches every now and then possibly a cheap relay in the Box?short the clevis pin for the hook other then that love the winch and the price.Winch malfunctions via wireless control. Automatically starts and stops by itself which is extremely dangerous. Winch bent my bumper, the fairlead and ripped the cable and never had a chance to use it.Very pleased. Using the winch to pull boat up river bank. I built a roller ramp and pull the boat up 40' with out a problem.Great item at a great price I have purchases this several times all will fast shipping and great packaging.Great quality for a great price would definitely buy again
